Individual Therapy

Our individual therapy focuses on resolving the issues that bring you to counselling and helping you establish your life as a nurturing process. By providing a safe, non-judgmental and confidential environment to individuals, we can embark on trustworthy therapeutic relationships, and help you with a variety of life transitions and challenges.

In the first session, we will make an assessment, then help you to identify your goals for therapy.

During our intervention process, we use the therapeutic interventions that are suited to your needs to help you confront barriers that interfere with your emotional and mental well-being, enlivening you and releasing the positive forces of growth already inside.
By moving towards the termination of therapy, you will meet your goals and overcome past negative patterns from before, empowering you to move forwards, freely, in your life.
